Patrick Regan, President and CEO
Mr. Patrick Regan, a retired Marine and service disabled veteran, envisioned creating a company that could provide unmatched agility and responsiveness to clients, maintain a strong focus on the long term, and retain the most creative and dedicated personnel. This vision resulted in the start of ATSI. Mr. Regan has more than 30 years of continuous professional experience supporting DoD and Federal agency clients. He has supported a wide range of responsibilities in the management and leadership of teams of up to 200 personnel in support of significant DoD integrated communication, IT systems, and acquisition programs. He also has a significant background in advanced communication technologies, integrating service specific legacy equipment with state-of- the-art wireless and applications technologies.
ATSI supports a number of professional organization including the Industrial Representatives Association (IRA) and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). Both are longstanding professional organizations facilitating dialog between government and professional support organizations.
Through AFCEA chapters and professional organizations, ATSI has directly supported ethical and effective forums for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the areas of military acquisition, technology transition, technology transfer, and C4ISR.
Since 2010, ATSI has supported the Families of the Wounded Fund (FOTWF). This non-profit organization assists families of combat-wounded service members who travel to support their loved ones while they heal. Families must often travel far from home and remain with a wounded family member for weeks at a time at specialized care centers, and the FOWTF assists with lodging, meals, transportation, and other expenses. The FOTWF’s mission is to raise money and give 100% of it to the families of combat-wounded service members. ATSI is proud to partner with FOTWF in this important cause.
ATSI also works to raise community awareness to the presence of these wounded service members, along with the acute, unmet needs of their family members. Our work is focused at McGuire Medical Center in Richmond, VA, a top treatment center for head and spinal cord injuries. We also assist Warriors in Transition and their families at the Soldier Family Assistance Center (SFAC) at Fort Belvoir, VA. We are grateful for the opportunity to assist service members as they transition back to duty or to civilian life.
