ATSI was recently awarded a prime contract supporting Office of Naval Research Code 353. The mission of ONR 353 is to manage Technology Transition programs that accelerate the transition of critical technologies to the warfighter and Technology Transfer programs that accelerate the use of naval technologies by other organizations.
