ATSI personnel supported the Navy Forum for SBIR/STTR Focused Technology Event at NAVAIR (NAVAIR FST Days). The event was originally planned for NAVAIR headquarters, but COVID-19 forced the event online. The event showcased over 40 technologies advancing aerospace systems and warfighting capabilities in the following areas:
Advanced Electronics
Air Platforms
Autonomy
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I)
Energy & Power Technologies
Ground and Sea Platforms
Human Systems, and Sensors.
Over 500 attendees included representation from all the major Navy SYSCOMs and several NavalX Tech Bridges, as well as the Army, the Air Force, DARPA, the Missile Defense Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Several primes participated, including BAE, Boeing, Collins Aerospace, General Dynamics Mission Systems, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon Technologies, Rolls-Royce Corporation and Thales Defense & Security, Inc. NAVAIR FST Days is the second focused technology event for the current Don SBIR/STTR Transition Program (Navy STP) cycle.
