ATSI is proud to announce it has once again been awarded the contract to support the Department of the Navy (DoN) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Transition Program (STP). This follow-on award continues ATSI’s role as a trusted partner to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in delivering high-impact commercialization, transition, and business assistance services to small businesses advancing warfighter-focused technologies.
Soon to be entering its 26th year, the Navy STP is one of the longest-standing and most impactful transition programs in the Department of Defense. It serves as a bridge between early-stage SBIR/STTR-funded innovations and the acquisition ecosystem—including Navy program offices, prime contractors, system integrators, and other stakeholders.
ATSI’s continued leadership in delivering STP support reflects its deep commitment to accelerating the transition of innovative technologies into the hands of the warfighter. Through structured mentoring, targeted marketing material development, business readiness training, targeted promotion, and facilitating connections with Industry and Government requirements; STP positions participating small businesses to be successful in obtaining Phase III funding and beyond. ATSI expresses sincere appreciation to the team members whose performance made this award possible.
