ATSI was awarded a 5-year contract supporting OPNAV N3N5. The Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Operations, Plans, and Strategy (OPNAV N3N5) serves as the principal advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) on joint operations and the development of naval and joint plans, programs, and policies.

ATSI was selected to provide innovative consulting and analytical support for N3N5’s leadership to: Facilitate strategic decision and policy making and perform multidisciplinary forms of plans and policy analysis. The innovative consulting and analytical support provided by this task order range in tasks that include, but are not limited to, data collection, policy reviews, plans development, meeting facilitation and process research.
