ATSI has a Seaport-NXG prime contract. ATSI is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) under all NAICS supported by this contract vehicle. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.

We have quality controls and processes (scope, schedule, quality and cost) in place to monitor and maximize quality. Team ATSI utilizes SharePoint to manage our programs, which includes tracking project scope, schedule, quality, cost measures, potential risks, and effectiveness. All of this is done through the application of our Collaborative Project Management Approach, which is designed to effectively provide/integrate professional support services, facilitate communication with our clients and our partners, identify/resolve risks and issues, and ultimately control work and ensure repeatable, effective results. Team ATSI also holds ISO and CMMI certifications, the best practices of which serve as the basis for our quality assurance methodology.

Team ATSI employs procedures and processes in line with Government and Industry best practices, coupled with the judicious use of “state of the practice” technology we have developed, tested and implemented, to coordinate and manage all tasks. Some of the ways we institute best practices and realize cost savings is by doing the following:

Perform program assessments. We perform regular program assessments. Team ATSI is experienced at assessing the systems, policies, procedures, lines of communication, and processes that impact daily operations of DoD organizations and associated costs.

Institute best management practices and tools. We institute best management practices and focus on achieving cost savings by iteratively improving related processes and controls

Leverage Project Management Institute (PMI) processes and standards. We leverage these processes and standards of excellence as well as Agile development best practices to facilitate disciplined, rigorous, repeatable, and iterative approaches to provide high quality deliverables and effective monitoring of quality, cost, risk, and schedule.

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

ATSI has a GSA MAS prime contract. ATSI provides services under Special Item Number (SIN)/NAICS 541219 Budget and Financial Management Services and SIN/NAICS 541611 Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. ATSI is an SDVOSB under both SINs/NAICS codes.

PM CSS

The NAVAIR PM CSS MAC is a group of NAVAIR-wide Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts.

This is a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for all Program Management Air (PMA) program/project management and acquisition support requirements throughout the entire domestic and/or foreign military acquisition and sustainment lifecycle of a weapon system program.

The NAVAIR PM CSS MAC is designed to address the need for a full range of PM service requirements that integrate several professional services with the flexibility for all contract types
