Mr. Patrick Regan, a retired U.S. Marine and service-disabled veteran, founded ATSI with a clear vision: to build a company defined by unmatched agility, responsiveness, and long-term commitment to its clients—powered by highly creative and dedicated professionals. That vision continues to guide ATSI’s culture and mission today.

Mr. Regan brings more than 30 years of continuous professional experience supporting Department of Defense and Federal Government organizations. His background includes leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams—up to 200 personnel—across major DoD integrated communications, information technology, and acquisition programs.

He possesses extensive expertise in advanced communications technologies, including the integration of service-specific legacy systems with emerging wireless capabilities and modern applications. His leadership reflects a deep understanding of both operational needs and the evolving technology landscape, ensuring ATSI remains a trusted partner to its clients.
